ReelStory: Importance of Diversity.
Curtis: It's so important especially in this digital world we live in with the Internet. I always say to everyone, the world is becoming smaller because information is so at hand and we're living in this world together. We have to engage each other and respect each other. We have to be associate with each others fine arts and musical values because music is one of those things that is heard across the world, so you can always hear it.
I think God is the key of diversity. If we don't open up to other people we will become a dying art. Even in Broadway, you see a lot of shows that used to be all white characters and now you see more diversity, you see a lot of multi-racial casting. I think you will see more of that, because art is supposed to imitate life itself. If you look at life itself we are becoming more diverse.
