Darrin Dewitt Henson is an American choreographer, dancer, actor, director and producer, best known for his instructional dance video Darrin's Dance Grooves and for his portrayal of ex-convict Lem Van Adams on the Showtime TV series Soul Food, which is the longest-running drama with a predominantly African-American cast in television history.

Darrin: Study the greats, don't look for anything to happen fast. Enjoy the process, trust the process and whatever it is you'll get there if you stay the coarse. Some of the greats who inspire me are Denzel Washington, Lawrence Fishbourne and John Travolta and I really want to work with Halle Berry.
